 Cast Iron Cookware Cleaning/Care Instructions:

Clean the frying pan immediately after use while it is still warm. Don't soak the pan or leave it in the sink because it may cause surface rust to appear.

When cleaning the frypan, wash by hand using hot water and a sponge or stiff brush. Avoid using dishwashing liquid where you can as these may strip the pan's seasoning, then thoroughly dry with a towel.

Once dry, use a cloth or paper towel, apply a light coat of vegetable oil to the inside of the frypan (and outside should you feel this is necessary).

Store in a cool, dry place.
