Zip Classica Series Non-stick Frypans are manufactured using cast forged aluminium with ultra-strong multi-layer process of non-stick coating applied to the interior of each frypan giving it excellent conductivity and heat retention.
Non-stick base features a dimpled interior, allowing food to glide, lift and release easily from the pan by creating tiny air pockets, helping your pan heat quicker, release and clean easier and food to brown evenly.
The non-stick surface remains free of PFOA and other harmful chemicals.
This pan is compatible with gas, electric and induction cooktops.
Lightly oil the inner non-stick surface of the frypan with a tablespoon of cooking oil before using. Use low to medium heat. This helps prevent splattering and burning. Overheating can cause discolouration and shorten the life of the non-stick coating. This Zip Classica Series of non-stick frypan is designed for range-top use only. Use wooden, nylon and silicone utensils only. Avoid using knives to cut on non-stick surface. Allow the frypan to completely cool prior to washing to avoid any damage or warping of the frypan.
