Shipping Policy
At Local Kiwi Deals, we are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries within New Zealand.
Shipping Destinations: We exclusively ship to addresses within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes (unless specifically stated for certain items), or Private Bag addresses.
Shipping Carriers and Services:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: For the majority of our orders within New Zealand, we use trusted courier services from NZ Post and Aramex.
- Auckland and Waikato Deliveries: For certain items within the Auckland and Waikato regions, we utilize our own dedicated drivers for direct delivery. For other items in these regions, we will use standard courier services (NZ Post or Aramex).

Large Item Shipping: For larger and bulkier items, we partner with Titus Transport.
- Depot Deliveries: Please note that for some large items, delivery will be to a designated freight company depot only. It will be the customer's responsibility to collect the item from the depot. Details of the depot location will be provided upon dispatch.
Dispatch and Order Cutoff Time: We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. To be eligible for same-day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed before our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM NZST (New Zealand Standard Time) on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM NZST will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated):
- Standard Courier (NZ Post/Aramex): Typically 2-5 business days for most North Island destinations and 3-7 business days for South Island destinations.
- Dedicated Drivers (Auckland/Waikato): Delivery times will be communicated directly with you.
- Titus Transport (Large Items): Delivery times will vary depending on the item and destination. We will provide an estimated timeframe upon dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as those experienced by our courier partners (NZ Post, Aramex, Titus Transport), public holidays, and peak periods. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Compliance with New Zealand Law: All our shipping and transportation practices comply with relevant New Zealand laws and regulations.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
