At Local Kiwi Deals, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. This policy outlines our guidelines for order cancellations.

Order Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at localkiwideals@gmail.com or by phone at [Insert Your Phone Number Here] during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM NZST).
    • We can typically cancel orders if they have not yet been dispatched. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
    • Please note that due to our aim for rapid dispatch, we may not be able to cancel an order if it has already been handed over to our courier partners (NZ Post, Aramex, Titus Transport) or our dedicated drivers.
  2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

    • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
    • If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as per the "Change of Mind" clause in that policy.
  3. Business Day Cutoff:

    • Our dispatch processes are linked to our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM NZST. Orders placed after this time are typically processed for dispatch on the next business day. This means that cancellations are more likely to be successful for orders placed later in the day if action is taken promptly.

Refunds for Cancellations:

  • If your cancellation is accepted before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Our Right to Cancel: In rare circumstances, Local Kiwi Deals may need to cancel an order. This could occur due to:

  • Unforeseen stock discrepancies.
  • An item being unavailable after an order has been placed.
  • Issues with payment verification.
  • An inability to ship to the provided address (despite our efforts to clarify upfront). In such cases, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund.
